In the Department for LGBTQ+ & Rainbow Families at the Wunschbaby Institut Feichtinger, we support same-sex couples, transgender persons and everyone striving for modern family planning with the highest professional competence and empathy. Our goal is to pave your way to a family of your own through tailored reproductive medicine solutions and compassionate support – regardless of your model of life.
New possibilities for rainbow families.
Thanks to the changes in the Austrian Reproductive Medicine Act, we can now also offer comprehensive reproductive medicine treatments to same-sex couples – in particular women in registered partnerships or cohabitation – as well as transgender persons. Our range of services includes state-of-the-art techniques such as insemination, in vitro fertilisation (IVF) or egg donation, which are individually tailored to your needs. In close cooperation with our renowned geneticist Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Markus Hengstschläger, we also offer genetic counselling and preimplantation genetic diagnostics to create the best possible conditions for a healthy pregnancy.
The amendment of the Reproductive Medicine Act has created new possibilities for rainbow families in Austria. We are proud to support couples and individuals from the LGBTQ+ community with state-of-the-art medicine and individual advice to make their wish for a child come true. Every family deserves the chance to live their dream of a longed-for baby.
