Dosage
60 capsules, 1 capsule once daily. Gelatine-free, lactose-free.
Ingredients & their effect on fertility

Folic acid
Reduces the risk of neural tube defects in the child – crucial in the first weeks of pregnancy, when the nervous system is being formed.
Iron

Vitamin B6 & B12
Support blood formation and the development of the child's nervous system – while also helping the mother's energy metabolism.
Zinc & vitamin D3
Contribute to normal cell division; vitamin D additionally supports the child's bone development and the mother's immune system.
Riboflavin & copper
Reduce oxidative stress and support iron utilisation and energy metabolism – for the extra work the body is doing now.
