Ingredients (daily dose)
- Trans-resveratrol 150 mg

Dosage
1 capsule twice daily with plenty of fluid. Gelatine-free, lactose-free.
Ingredients & their effect on fertility
Reviva combines two of the most exciting substances in current fertility research – resveratrol and spermidine – with proven cell-division vitamins.
Trans-resveratrol (150 mg)
This plant polyphenol activates sirtuins – the "longevity enzymes" of the cell – and is linked in current studies to improved egg maturation and quality, particularly at advanced egg age.
Spermidine (1 mg)
Triggers autophagy, the cell's own recycling programme: damaged cell components are broken down and renewed. Recent research suggests it supports egg maturation.
Folic acid as 5-MTHF (400 µg)
The directly active form of folate for cell division and early embryonic development – effective even with the MTHFR gene variant.
Vitamin B6 & B12
Together with folate, they keep homocysteine levels in balance – important for implantation and the protection of early pregnancy.
Vitamin D3 (25 µg)
Contributes to normal cell division and supports the immune system and hormonal balance during fertility treatment.
